Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 am (subject to stock availability) are usually delivered within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday) via DPD.

Large or bulk orders that exceed standard courier limits will be delivered on a pallet within 2–3 working days, between 9:00 am and 5:00pm. Timed deliveries may be available for an additional charge, depending on availability.

Please note that delays outside our control may occasionally occur, which could extend delivery times by 1–2 working days. We are not liable for any loss of business due to delayed or failed deliveries and do not offer compensation in such cases. European Deliveries

International Deliveries
Orders can be collected directly from our warehouse. Alternatively, we can provide FOB (Free On Board) rates for container shipments.

Returns
Returns are accepted for resaleable goods in their original condition, provided this is agreed in writing beforehand. A 20% handling and restocking fee will apply unless the items were faulty on delivery.

You must inform us within 14 working days of receiving your order if you wish to return any items. Collection charges will also apply.
