UK Mainland Deliveries
Delivery is free on orders over £100 (excluding VAT).
For orders below this amount, a standard non-refundable delivery fee of £7.99 applies within the UK mainland. Extra charges may apply for remote locations.

Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 am (subject to stock availability) are usually delivered within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday) via DPD.

Large or bulk orders that exceed standard courier limits will be delivered on a pallet within 2–3 working days, between 9:00 am and 5:00pm. Timed deliveries may be available for an additional charge, depending on availability.

Please note that delays outside our control may occasionally occur, which could extend delivery times by 1–2 working days. We are not liable for any loss of business due to delayed or failed deliveries and do not offer compensation in such cases. We recommend placing orders in advance, especially for events or special occasions.

European Deliveries
We offer low-cost shipping across Europe. Place your order online, and a member of our sales team will contact you to confirm delivery options and costs.

International Deliveries
Orders can be collected directly from our warehouse. Alternatively, we can provide FOB (Free On Board) rates for container shipments.

Returns
Returns are accepted for resaleable goods in their original condition, provided this is agreed in writing beforehand. A 20% handling and restocking fee will apply unless the items were faulty on delivery.

You must inform us within 14 working days of receiving your order if you wish to return any items. Collection charges will also apply.

UK mainland orders:

All orders placed before 12:00 am on Monday-Friday will be collected by DPD on the same day and delivered to the customers within 1-2 working days.

All orders placed on the Weekend and Bank Holidays, the orders will be collected on the next working day by DPD, then delivered within 1-2 working days

Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take 2–3 working days.
